A loose ball, the first of a spell,

is termed a teaser.

The same ball, by a lesser mortal,

if despatched over the ropes,

is called a loosener.

The prank of our naughty daughter,

when in a good mood,

earns her a hug and a kiss.

The same prank, on another day,

when in a great hurry,

I told her not to fuss.

She wonders.
